Call channel
Twilio + Telnyx + Bandwidth dialler with AI voice agents and warm-transfer.
The call channel turns a Twilio, Telnyx or Bandwidth number into an outbound dialler that paces dials per account and records and transcribes every conversation. Optional AI voice agents can run the discovery portion of a call and warm-transfer to a human SDR the moment positive intent appears.
- ·Twilio · Telnyx · Bandwidth supported out of the box
- ·Per-number pacing — daily / hourly / min-gap caps
- ·Quiet hours enforced in the recipient’s timezone
- ·Realtime AI voice agent (ElevenLabs / Vapi) on top
- ·Warm-transfer to a human SDR on intent triggers
- ·Voicemail drops saved per agent or campaign
- ·Recording + transcript piped to the lead timeline
Why most cold calls die at hello
Indian cellular DLT filtering, US 10DLC + STIR/SHAKEN, and aggressive carrier scoring mean unregistered or hot-dial numbers get marked SPAM LIKELY before the first ring. Half your dial budget is burning on calls that never connect.
- Call connect rate dropped below 8% on a number that worked last month
- Caller ID shows 'Spam Likely' on prospect's phone
- Voicemail-only campaigns get blocked by the carrier
- Reps burn out dialling cold without context
The detail.
Compliance-first dialler
Every dial passes through the same compliance gate as email — DNC, quiet hours, account status, daily and hourly caps. Operators can configure quiet hours in the recipient’s local timezone so a US campaign and an Indian campaign on the same workspace never bleed into each other’s nighttime.
AI agents do the cold dial — humans close
Hook a voice provider (ElevenLabs / Deepgram / Vapi) on top of the call channel and run AI-led discovery 24/7. The agent reads lead context, follows your script, objection-handles, and the moment a positive intent signal fires — warm-transfers to a human SDR with the transcript summary already on screen.
Connect rates, not just dials
The dashboard tracks connect rate, voicemail outcomes, and cost per connect — alongside email, LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp performance — so you can compare channel ROI in one report.
vs. Aircall / JustCall
The honest comparison — what changes when you switch.
Four things you won’t find elsewhere.
No carrier markup
Telnyx, DIDLogic, FreJun pricing flows through verbatim. We charge a flat platform fee — never a per-minute markup.
Carrier-credential honesty
Missing API key → 409 with a clear code. Never a fake successful dial row that pollutes your analytics.
Recordings live with the lead
Audio + transcript attach to the lead timeline. Coaching, training, and compliance review all happen in one click.
BYO dialer engine
Click-to-call, IVR menus, dialer campaigns and voicemail-drop setup — all native. Replace Aircall + Twilio Studio + a CRM with one login.
Bring your own — or pick from the supported set.
The rules that keep your account alive.
Every rule below is enforced before any outbound action. The compliance gate either passes or it doesn’t dispatch.
- Never auto-dial without DLT (India) / 10DLC (US) registrationWhy: Carrier filters block unregistered numbers within hours; reputation does not recover quickly.
- Min-gap of 60s between dials per numberWhy: Bursts of dials from one number are the strongest signal of an autodialer; spreading out keeps caller-ID clean.
- Quiet hours in recipient's local timezoneWhy: Calling 10 PM IST from a US workspace is the fastest way to a regulator complaint.
- DNC list checked before every dialWhy: TCPA in the US carries $500–$1,500 per-violation statutory damages; one missed DNC ruins a quarter.
- Max 50 dials/day per number on warmupWhy: Above that, carriers re-score the number toward 'spam likely' even with good calls.

How a team would use this.
AI agent on Day 2 of every sequence
Sequences with an AI dial on Day 2 + human follow-up on Day 6 produce more meetings per dial than human-only sequences, because the AI agent qualifies politely and warm-transfers only on positive intent. Reps spend their hours on connected calls, not voicemail piles.
A number from the lead's own country
Routing resolves the number to dial from in a fixed order: a per-user routing rule for that country, then an org-wide rule, then the workspace country-to-provider map, then the rep's assigned number, then any active number whose own country matches the lead. Strict-country mode refuses to fall back to a number from another country.
One approved voicemail recording
The team lead saves one approved recording as the workspace default drop and another for a single campaign. Creating a drop needs an owner or admin, and every change is audited. Playback into calls is not built yet.
Pair one SDR with AI voice agents to lift dial volume without growing the dialler team — the same connect workflow, run at scale.
Specific to this feature.
Do I need DLT registration to call from India?
+
Yes for promotional calls — register your sender entity + headers with TRAI. Autocloz refuses to dispatch through an unregistered Indian number.
Does the AI voice agent sound human?
+
ElevenLabs realtime TTS with sub-300ms latency. Most prospects don't notice in the first 30 seconds. We always disclose 'AI assistant' in the opener — Indian and US regulations require it.
Can I record calls?
+
Yes, where legal — both-party consent states / countries get an auto-prepended consent line. Recordings store in your provider (Twilio S3) — we keep only the URL + transcript.
What about international rates?
+
We pass through your provider's rates verbatim — no Autocloz markup. You see exact cost-per-connect on the dashboard.
The full story.
Autocloz's calling stack is built for outbound teams that have outgrown lightweight click-to-call tools but don't want the bloat (and price tag) of an enterprise contact-center platform. The voice surface includes everything a 10–500-agent outbound team needs: phone numbers, dialer, IVR, voicemail-drop setup, recordings, and per-call analytics — under one workspace, with the same RBAC + audit log as the rest of the platform.
The most common reason teams switch to Autocloz from Aircall, JustCall, or RingCentral is the carrier-markup problem. Resale-model dialers charge 3–5× the underlying Twilio (or equivalent) per-minute rate. For a 50-agent team doing 200 dials per shift, that's six-figure annual markup on calling minutes alone. Autocloz never resells minutes — your carrier bills you directly, we charge a flat platform fee, and the savings compound as your volume grows.
TCPA, India DLT, and STIR/SHAKEN compliance are enforced at the dial gate, not afterthoughts. Every outbound call passes through DNC pre-flight (workspace + lead-level), country-specific quiet-hours check, and (for India) DLT registration verification. The compliance officer sees the gate decision per call in /call/cdr; the audit log is queryable by date, agent, or disposition for your annual SOC 2 review.
The browser softphone runs on Telnyx WebRTC (no plugin), or routes through DIDLogic SIP via the agent's external softphone. FreJun integration uses per-agent OAuth tokens (the agent connects their FreJun account once; subsequent dials route through it automatically). Every provider option is first-class — pick whichever fits your geography, switch between them per-DID, mix carriers in the same workspace.
