Is the free plan a trial?

No. There is no clock on it. Up to 5 users, 100,000 contacts, 10 mailboxes, all five channels with daily limits, the 21-day warmup, booking pages and the compliance gate — free forever, no credit card. You upgrade when your send volume outgrows the daily limits, not when a timer runs out.

Why is there no per-seat pricing?

Because charging per seat punishes you for putting the whole team on the same record, which is the entire point of a CRM. Every plan, including the free one, carries up to 5 users. You pay for how much you send, not how many people watch.

What does annual billing actually save?

Accepted Answer

Twenty-five percent against the monthly rate — you pay for nine months and get twelve. Annual is the cheaper commitment, so make it after the free plan has already shown you the product works: payments are final and non-refundable.

Are carrier and AI costs included?

Accepted Answer

No, and that is deliberate. You bring your own Telnyx, Twilio or MSG91 account and your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, and you pay those providers directly at their rates with zero Autocloz markup. We are not reselling you your own sending, which is a large part of why the CRM can be free.

What happens if I go over a daily limit?

Sending pauses for the rest of that day rather than silently queueing or billing you an overage. You see it in the dispatcher, and you can either wait for the reset or upgrade.

Is the lifetime plan really one payment?

Yes — every Pro feature with no renewal. It is priced at roughly five and a half years of monthly Pro, so it makes sense if you are confident about the long run and not much sense if you are still evaluating.

What if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time and keep your data — export everything to CSV or JSON. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep paid access until the period you paid for ends. Payments are final and non-refundable, and nothing is held hostage.

Do I have to talk to sales?
